Major upgrade to the GunGame Server

A major update was made to the GunGame server on the week of 13-19 march 2011:

- upgrade to the server configuration
- new maps
- new gameplay which can be voted at the sart of each map:
* Classic GunGame mod (everyone on his own)
* Teamplay (the whole team advances levels together)
- the old XP mod was replaced by a new one with much more rewards (skills), like:
* bouncy bullets (bullet knockback)
* firenade
* gravity -
* health +
* longjump
* medic (you heal nearby teammates)
* poisonsmoke (smoke grenades smoke becomes toxic)
* health regeneration
* stealth
* vampire (a certain percentage of the damage done goes to player's health)
