Shield+Nightvision (also amx_transfer)

Post by SantA *<[:] »

Hmm, I noticed today that both Shield and Nightvision are restricted. Why? Could we please get them back?
Also, it would be nice to get the amx_transfer command back, it is REALLY useful, and we can use it on other admins incase they're afk.
