COD-MW3, Skill?

I told my friend at class today that I don't think that MW3 needs very much skill to play, all players are almost at the same level. A beginner, lvl1, is usually just as good as a p4lvl80(lvl320). I have MW3 and I have played against people like this, I really don't think anyone sticks out as people do in CS.
What do you think?

90% is if you have a "Nuclear" PC or a "Hydraulic" PC...after this, 4 % is how much you like the game, 3 % is your Internet Connection and...3 % is real skill to concentrate to the game. This stands for every shooter since cs:s...

My opinion is that you need some skills too..
I've played lots of MW2 but not on steam (on steam are lots of hackers and noobs so i don't play on steam)
I played a lot of clan wars.. And i've played against some pretty skilled players..
Not sure against what players u've played on steam , but u can see a big diffrence between a player that is playing on a Matchmaking Server and a player that u're playing against in a clan war..
The Level is not that much of a thing , in MW3 i don't need more than a PP90M1 with Extended Mags to kick somebody's ass..
Dunno if this is on steam .. but where i play MW2 there is a nice mode called Pro Mod , Level Does Not Count at all..
Basicly u choose a class Sniper , Assault , Spec Ops or Demolition and u have some weapons to choose from for each class (not all tough) perks are disabled , and your secondary is juat a Pistol
On this mod it's all about skills rly

Street, its the masses that count, not some random guys who you will never meet again.

Uhm i don't care about the masses , it's true that most of the players are noobs

If u say that masses count then no shooter will need any skill.. Because the masses in a shooter game are noobs

And those guys that i'm talking about are not just some random guys that i've met just once

If u want to see skilled players i sugest you to stop playing cod on steam and google AlterIWNet , u won't find too many skilled players on steam because there is not a good anti-cheat system on steam... and the servers don't have restrictions for the things that noobs always use like Akimbo G18 , Grenade Launchers , Martydom Death Streak , Last stand , Commando , Rpg , Javelin and all those things...
AlterIWNet Implemented a sweet anti-cheat system , and most of the servers have some restrictions to make the game more pleasant ..
I've played on steam MW2 , Cod Black Ops , MW3 and i know what i'm talking about...
Tough AlterIWNet does not fully supports MW3 and Black Ops , For now Black ops on AlterIwNet is in beta state and MW3 on AlterIWNet is in Pre-Alpha State

What I mean with the masses is normal public servers, not specified servers that have changed the game a bit. The servers you're talking about has changed the game, for the better, sure, but it is still not the original game.

If u want to talk just about the original game , then yes you don't need too much skill to be the MVP in a game
